Landscape Designers
	Individual should have a horticultural degree and excellent customer communication skills. Individual must possess a vast amount of plant knowledge. Person is responsible for consulting with clients, designing and estimating as well as overseeing the installation in coordination with the Landscape Foreman.

Nursery Sales and Production
	Individual must possess outstanding customer service skills and a vast amount of horticultural knowledge. Individual is responsible for all phases of production as well as assisting customers with retail sales. This individual also assists with plant material orders and retail nursery displays.

Office Assistant
	Individual must possess organizational skills, advanced computer skills and telephone etiquette. Job responsibilities include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, typing client proposals and invoices, updating inventory as well as various other secretarial responsibilities. Individual also assists with various aspects of retail nursery facility including customer sales.

Landscape Foreman
	Individual must be a highly motivated, responsible person who possesses outstanding leadership and communication skills. This individual oversees a work crew on customer installations. Person must be able to work in coordination with the designer, company owner and the customer to ensure that their work crew completes the project with a high degree of quality and on time.

Installation Specialist
	Individual must be a team player and possess a strong work ethic. Individual performs a variety of duties including brick patio and walkway installations, retaining wall construction, waterscape installation, lawn installation and plant material installation.

Maintenance Division Manager
	Individual must be highly motivated, responsible person who possesses outstanding leadership and communication skills. Person must have sales experience. This individual is responsible for the entire operation of the Maintenance Division including new business development, bidding, estimating, customer service and employee supervision. Pesticide Licence is preferred.
